Welcome, Getting Your Groups Set-up is Easy!

Please complete the following information to schedule your Employer Group to be created in Enrichly Health and ICHRA OS.

Step 1:

Configure employer account

Primary Account Contact (Access to Financial & Admin)
Employee Support Contact (Typically HR or Benefits contact, person internal to Client who supports EEs)

Step 2:

Broker / Producer Information

Producer 
Broker Administrator Contact (Access to Admin Systems, Reports and Support)

Step 3a:

Health Coverage Configuration and LESA Contributions

Additional Contributions (Optional - enter all that apply)

Plan Rules & Details

Eligible Workers (Permissable Classes)

Please note any unused contributions (ie; a surplus between the contribution and premium for a plan elected) will be contributed to a LESA unless the Employee has an HSA eligible plan and is contributing to it. An Employer can choose to provide a discrete contribution for each Employee to their LESA, which can be used to personalize ancillary health and wellness benefits on EnrichlyHealth. If they are choosing to do this enter the amount to be contributed below.

Please note: ICHRA Plan Documents are REQUIRED to be uploaded prior to Employer Program going "LIVE", we recommend addressing early to avoid unwanted delays.

Step 3b:

Employer Healthcare Contribution Schedule(s)

Please create the desired contribution schedule for each Class/Group.   You can upload multple files examples; SALARIED, HOURLY, etc..

Provide Employee File for Activation

For expedited support please use template linked below. Alternatively you can use a employe census or report from your payroll or HR system

Step 4:

Employee Communications

Set-up are completed within 3 business days from the time we've received all required information.  Once activated we have the ability to notify members that OE is available and provide them their Username and Temporary Password to begin elections.  Please advise how yo/the employer wishes this to be handled:

Step 5:

Billing Administration (Optional Service)

By default you are responsible for billing your Client(s) for their services and Enrichly will only bill your firm the Wholesale fees per our Network Partner Agreement.   

 

If you desire for Enrichly to handle the client billing on your behalf, Please complete the fields to the right and below. there is a $1.00 PEPM Billing Administration Fee ($50 minimum).  Please also note this is separate from the minimum $50 per month fee for ICHRA ie; ICHRA with Billing Serviced = minimum $100 month.

 

Please note Client will be required to provide an ACH Authorization Form - copy of form found here - You are responsible for having this filled out by Client and sending to billing@enrichlyhr.com
